Annie Assheton took part in MasterChef in 2011 and now runs cookery demonstrations at her home in West Berkshire covering everything from everyday cooking for the family to complete seasonal dinner party menus. Central to everything Annie does is the use of top quality, seasonal ingredients, always responsibily produced and locally sourced whenever possible.
In her interactive demonstration at L'ortolan Annie will show you how to prepare a fabulous three course dinner that you can easily recreate in your own kitchen. Preparation is key to a stress free dinner party and Annie has plenty of tips for preparing ahead so you can relax and enjoy the company of your guests....confident that dinner is sure to impress.

Thursday 26th April - Demonstration and Lunch
Arrival is 10.00am for tea/coffee and homemade biscuits. The demonstration begins at 10.30 am during which you'll have the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes. Afterwards, enjoy Champagne and canapés before sitting down to a delicious 3 course lunch with a glass of wine.
