Roast loin of cod, lentil dhal,
lightly pickled vegetables, curried mussels

GOAT'S CHEESE
Capra nouveau mousse,
honey & mustard lavash, nuts and seeds

Chef’s pre dessert

LIQUORICE
Liquorice cake, dark chocolate ganache,
fromage blanc, carrot sorbet

SOUFFLE
Blackcurrant soufflé,
apple crumble sorbet, sherry trifle
