La Becasse's Will on Saturday Kitchen

Ex-l'ortolan Head Chef Will Holland was invited to appear on Saturday Kitchen Live over the weekend.  On Saturday 11th July Will, who is now the Head Chef at La Bécasse in Ludlow, joined presenter James Martin in the famous TV kitchen, and in front of 7-million viewers he attempted to break other chef's time-records in the infamous Omelette Challenge.

His TV debut saw Will  show off his culinary skills with a perfect demo, a delicious parmesan-crusted halibut, sag aloo and lime emulsion dish.
