In the L'ortolan demonstration studio you can watch the magic of the L’ortolan kitchen come to life before your very eyes. We often have guest chefs visit to show you their tricks of the trade so please check regularly for new dates and events.
Michelin Cookery Demonstration & Lunch
Learn how to bring a touch of Michelin-starred flair to your home cuisine with Alan Murchison and the L'ortolan Chefs. Alan and his team will demonstrate a range of techniques and skills used in the L'ortolan kitchen.
Arrival 10.00am, experience lasts 4.5 hours and includes:
* Tea/coffee & homemade biscuits on arrival
* 1 and a half hour demonstration with Michelin-starred Chef Alan or Head Chef
* Opportunity to try some of the techniques and taste some of the food as it is being prepared
* Champagne & canapés
* 3 course lunch with chef’s appetiser and pre-dessert
* Glass of red or white wine with lunch
* Still or sparkling water
* Recipe cards to take home
£130 per person or £230 for 2 people
