The evening begins with pre dinner drinks and canapés. No need to choose from a menu or wine list, we'll simply ask your likes and dislikes before whisking you off to the chef's table. Alan and his team will take you on a culinary journey featuring signature dishes from L'ortolan accompanied by wines carefully selected by our Sommelier.
