SKATE
Pave of skate, nage of cockles & brown shrimp,
watercress panna cotta

GOAT'S CHEESE
Capra Nouveau mousse, mustard seed & honey lavash,
sherry vinegar jelly

Poached rhubarb, ginger parkin, yoghurt sorbet, rhubarb jelly
